Work Includes:
- Answering all incoming calls;
- Administrative assistance to the sales team;
- Scheduling viewings with sales-team, vendors, and buyers;
- Creation of online & offline presentation of the properties;
- Creation of the mediation contracts between owners and our company;
- Being responsible for office environment, including stationary, filing & key management;
- Receiving & qualifying of walk-in clients;

Key Requirements:
- Fluent Portuguese & English, both spoken and written, are a minimum requirement
- A third language such as French/Dutch/German etc. would be an advantage.
- Good computer skills
- Good administration and organizational skills
- Friendly and enthusiastic person
- Well presented client facing person
No previous experience of working in real estate is required as all training will be given.
