The apartment is in a perfect rental location. It is located in a quiet but central part of the city of Albufeira. Within 10 minutes walking distance you have all amenities, stores, restaurants, bars and the local hospital. Within 20 minutes walking distance you are on the beach of Alemães and within 7 minutes drive you are in the old town of Albufeira.

THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a spacious front garden. Here you can enjoy the morning sun and there is a shower that you can use after a visit from the beach.

Once in the apartment you walk through the hallway directly into the kitchen and living room. The first thing you notice is the large, working fireplace. This provides atmosphere and cosiness in the cooler winter months. The typical Portuguese tiles and wood processing will take you back to the olden days in Portugal. Through the living room you have access to the spacious balcony with an unobstructed view.

The apartment has two spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms provide access to the outdoors. One to the front garden and the other to the balcony. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
